What is the turnaround time for an order placed online?
If you submit your order by midnight Wednesday, your order will be shipped out that Friday. We ship our online orders twice a week. Every Tuesday and Friday.
How do I track my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number associated to your order.
How do I exchange or return an item?
For all returns, you must contact us prior to shipping the product back to obtain a return authorization number within 14 days of shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
How do you ship?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post for retail and FedEx for wholesale.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
