Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) is a perennial herbaceous plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. It is native to Europe, but can also be found in parts of Asia and North America. The plant has distinctive yellow, daisy-like flowers that bloom in early spring, even before its leaves appear. The leaves of coltsfoot are large, heart-shaped, and have a rough texture on the upper surface.
